The world has become undoubtedly more unstable than it was just a year ago. In turn, this means that the threats to Norwegian companies have changed.
Join us for a professional update (and a great breakfast to kickstart your day) where you will receive valuable information on what's going on in the cyber space landscape and how to handle it.
This morning, Defendable is proud to present a solid "line up" of speakers who will talk about various topics within cyber security:
"How to avoid becoming the low-hanging fruit for attackers?" - Defendable's new CEO, Trond Solberg, has 25 years of experience within the Norwegian security industry. Before taking leadership of Defendable in October, he most recently led the development of DNV's cyber venture. In his lecture, Trond emphasizes how most cyber threat actors want to minimize the efforts involved in an attack, and that there is much to gain from not being among those with the weakest security.
"What does it mean for you and your company that the threat picture is becoming increasingly unclear?" - Bjørn Bugge has many years of experience from his time in the Police Security Service (PST) where he worked with, among other things, counterintelligence, multi-source intelligence analysis, management, and coordination of network-based intelligence operations.
"Incident Response Lessons Learned: The Full Ransomware Experience." - Jan Petter Berg Nielsen has handled several large ransomware attacks in recent years. This presentation will discuss the experience he has gained from dealing with advanced ransomware attacks. He will provide various examples, but will mainly focus on a specific case where payment was the only way out and where he and the rest of the IR-team got to experience the service that advanced ransomware threat actors delivers.
